Once a year we get everyone together to look at what we’ve created, what we’ve learned, and where we want to go next. This is your chance to be part of that conversation and help shape what comes next for NoFit State.
Why come along? As a Limited company, the AGM is a legal requirement where members collectively sign off the accounts and help keep the company open, transparent, and healthy. It’s a simple, practical way to look after the company you care about.
- See your impact on our tours, training, and creative projects over the past year.
- Hear what’s next for 2026 and beyond.
- Use your voice to ask questions, share ideas, and help keep the board and team open and accountable.
- Connect with a community of artists, members, and supporters who believe circus can change lives.
Do I need to be a member? Everyone is welcome at the AGM, you don’t have to be a member, and you don’t have to pay anything to attend.
If you’d like to vote on decisions at the meeting, you can choose to become a member for just £5. This can be paid in advance by contacting Reception (02920 221 330), via the booking link, or at the AGM itself.

Becoming a member gives you:
- Full voting rights at the AGM.
- A direct say in how NoFit State evolves.
- A closer connection to the company’s inner workings and future plans.
This year’s AGM is an afternoon event, starting at 12:30pm and lasting no more than two hours, with a trip to the pub afterwards for anyone who’d like to keep talking.
A light buffet will be provided, and children are very welcome. Your presence genuinely makes a difference.
