Job Opportunity:

Community Champion

We are recruiting a team of up to three Community Champions over the next 12 months.

A community champion is someone who can build relationships and connections with people in their community and use these connections to make things happen.

The three new Community Champions will help develop strong connections with the different communities in Adamsdown, Splott and Tremorfa. Working together, we will test out new ways of creating circus with and within our local communities.

Are you a community leader, a volunteer, an activist, or someone who is good at getting people involved in stuff? Are you connected to and trusted in your community? Do you know how to ask people what they need and how to get them involved?

If you are connected to people in your local community through any activities, groups, or common interests, and have an active interest in circus, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Working hours: Part time. Flexible. The equivalent of one day a week over the year.

Salary: £5,200 a year, equivalent to £100 per day.

Deadline: Friday 17 September 2021
