2023 AGM & Christmas Circus Cabaret

This year our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will once again be followed by the NoFit State Christmas party! Complete with community circus cabaret, food, music, and bar.

AGM

The AGM happens each year, and is the event where we report to our membership about what we have been doing and what our plans are.

In the meeting, our annual accounts are presented and signed off and there is an opportunity for the membership to examine the documents and ask questions of the Board of Trustees and staff.

You will need to be a company member to vote at the AGM but don’t worry, it’s easy to set up. Company Membership is just £5 annually and can be paid in advance by booking on this page, contacting Reception (02920 221 330) or at the AGM itself.

We hope you can join us for a coming together of community members, company members and trustees to discuss the company's work.

Zoom

There will be the option to join the AMG meeting on Zoom for those who live further away or who would feel more comfortable attending virtually. You will be sent a Zoom link in your booking confirmation after following the book tickets option on this page, and will receive more information closer to the time.

Christmas Party

from 8pm till midnight

After the AGM we're having a party! There will be festive circus cabaret performances from our community members, and DJs till late.

There will be food, a bar, and you're welcome to bring your own drinks too if you'd like to.
