At NoFit State Circus, we believe in the power of ordinary people to do extraordinary things, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Development Assistant to support our fundraising, partnerships and growth ambitions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who is passionate about the arts and eager to build a career in development and fundraising. Working closely with the Development Manager, you’ll help secure vital funding, develop meaningful relationships with supporters, sponsors and donors, and contribute to special events that strengthen our community.
You’ll also play a key role in research, reporting, communications and data management, helping to demonstrate the impact of our work across Wales and beyond. Salary: £28,00 - £30,000
