NoKit State Virtual Classes

Sign up to the week's online classes

Hello and welcome to the NoKit State Virtual class schedule

Check back every week for an updated schedule to keep you up and moving during lockdown.

To view some of our previous sessions, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

We may have had to stop our classes at Four Elms due to the ongoing Covid-19 epidemic, but that doesn't mean you have to miss out on your regular circus fix!

Our incredible teachers have come together to deliver online classes to keep you in shape and circus fit, ready for when the world rights itself and you can come back to NoFit State in person again. The teachers are doing this on a volunteer basis and all their online classes are completely free.

To join a session, just have a look at the programme below (to be updated weekly on Fridays) and click the 'register here' link for the session you would like to attend. These classes are new territory for all of us, so we can't promise perfection from the get-go, but we all hope you will enjoy them!

These classes are free and the NoFit State teachers are organising and running these classes on a volunteer basis for the good of the community. If you would like to say thank you to them and support them at this difficult time, click the button below!

monday 25th may (18:00-19:00) all body aerial-specific conditioning with eric

A blitz of Eric's classic conditioning routines to music. We'll play roulette with the song tracks and see which 2-3 songs we get. In between the different conditioning routines, we'll do apparatus specific exercises to make sure you can still hold on, hocks on, and straddle up when we get back to studio. Expect a high intensity ab, shoulder, bum, and thigh or cardio work out set to pop songs. They're kind of a dance, kind of a work out, but definitely lots of fun.

It's animal fancy dress week! Come as any animal whether it be your favourite mythical creature or just whatever you've got in the house! Yes, I am being serious. :)

Equipment: A yoga mat if you have one, and enough space to lay it out on the floor. Please set up in a space with a sturdy piece of low furniture you can tuck your feet under, like a bed or a couch, should be decently heavy (doesn't have to fit you whole foot, just your toes). We won’t be using kit this week.

tell us what you want

Since we are at the beginning of this on-line venture, it would be really helpful to know a bit more about what you would like from these sessions. It would help the teachers to develop this programme, if you could spare a few minutes to fill out this short survey.

a note about internet safety

For safe-guarding reasons, the teachers have separated Adult (16 years +) and Under 18’s sessions. This helps the trainers manage the sessions safely and ensure that the content is suitable for everyone taking part. The team will record adult and youth sessions for safety and quality control, but the footage will not be shared for any purpose.

For safety, children and young people taking part in on-line training must have parental supervision at all times and consent of parents is required to take part.

We request that you sign up to suitable sessions so please check the age group before registering. Adults will not be able to take part in under 18’s sessions unless they are the parent or guardian of the child taking part. Anyone under the age of 16 years will not be able to join an Adult session.
