A Cardiff born fluent Welsh speaker, trained at Greentop Circus in 1997, Polichinelo Circus in 2000 and then graduated with a first class honours from the National Centre of Circus Arts, (then known as The Circus Space) in 2003.
She performed in two of NoFit State’s community shows before joining the company as a professional in 2004. She has been a trainer on the youth circus programme since 2011 and leads many outreach projects.
