Rosa was born in 1993 in Konstanz, Germany. After her parents moved to Portugal she followed primary and secondary education there until it was time to decide her profession. With 16 years, Rosa discovered a Circus School in Lisbon, made the audition and entered. Since then she has been practicing circus arts. After 3 years of study at the professional school of circus arts and craft, EPAOE – Chapitô, Rosa
continued her circus education at ESAC (École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque) in Brussels, from were she graduated with her own act, « Double Cordes ». Specialized in aerial ropes with more than 7 years of experience, she developed a high technical level together to her own personal style. Her work has been strongly influenced by the social aspect, in which she will continue to develop her body language, personal and universal art. During her recent artistic career she has been collaborating with different organizations and companies, such as : Les Halles de Schaerbeek, Hong-Kong Arts Centre, Cie. Feria Musica, GOP Varieté Hannover, Circusplaneet Gent, Das Zelt. And has presented her work at international circus meetings and other artistic events like the «Ursino Buskers Festival » in Catania (IT), « Secret Places Festival » in Maastricht (NL), the « X Encuentro de Malabaristas y Artistas de Circo » Convention in Zaragoza (ES), the « BLN CRCS FSTVL » Circus Festival in Berlin (DE), « Festival PERPLX » (BE), « Mezopotamian Circus Festival » (TU)...
