We are thrilled to be invited back to Taunton by the Brewhouse. nofitstate has previously performed ImMortal and tabu in Taunton and we look forward to making a show that includes our past audiences. We hope that people who have seen us before will be keen to be involved. We will be in Somerset Square (Outside The Brewhouse) on 10th (eve), 11th and 12th September, running, taster workshops, talent spots and meeting community groups. We'll return to taunton on the 23rd September to be resident in the Cricket club until Sunday 26th when we'll be invading the pitch with a vast array of professional and trainee circus performers and a heap of talented locals. Full schedule will be available soon. The performance will be at 8.30pm with the pre show at 8pm. To book tickets for this performance contact the Brewhouse 01823 283244 or www.thebrewhouse.net Tickets are £10/5 with a family ticket £25 For more infomation on the project feel free to attend the public meeting at 6pm on Friday Sept 10th at the Brewhouse Theatre Cafe Run away with the circus in your own back yard On 11/12th and 24/25/26th Sept we will be open to the public. For the first weekend (11/12th Sept) we will be meeting local groups and running workshops from 2pm-3.30pm each day. Activities are aimed at adults but children and young people aged 8+ are welcome to join in. Workshop activities will include aerial, frampete ( A freerunning/trampete cross) hula hoops, tightwire and bicycle ballet.
Talent Spot We will be running Taunton's got talent spots on 11/12th Sept from 2.30-3.30pm. If you have a talent you'd like to share with us come on down and join us in our informal (no pressure) talent sessions. You might find youself with a spot in the preshow or final performance.
On the 24th and 25th Sept you can come to the cricket club and watch us rehearse between 2.30 and 5pm. You will see how the rigging works, how performers train and be able to give your feedback on the material being devised for the final performance...... .....and if you missed out the first time around there will be two more workshop taster sessions at 3.30pm on 25th Sept and 2.30pm on 26th Sept. These activities will take place in the Somerset County Cricket Club.
