AERIAL CLASSES

Aerial classes are taught at a range of levels to suit each student’s abilities and experience.

The first step is to join one of our introductory 10- week courses, either at ‘Level 1’ or ‘Fast Track’.  Which course you decide to follow will depend on your fitness level. Level 1 is designed for all abilities, whilst Fast Track aerial is designed for those with a good level of fitness, such as dancers, gymnasts and personal trainers.

On completion of the course, Level 1 students will have access to Level 2 classes in rope, silks, aerial hoop and trapeze. Fast Track students can join any of our Level 3 classes.  Our courses are very popular so you may have to join a waiting list, but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as there’s a space.
